4. Changes and cancellations
Requests to change or cancel a booking are subject to availability and the applicable cancellation arrangements. Please contact CLDC as soon as possible if your plans change.
5. Use of facilities
Visitors must use the facilities responsibly, follow any on-site instructions, and avoid causing damage, disruption, or risk to other users.
6. Availability
CLDC may need to change or cancel a booking where a facility becomes unavailable or circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent the booking from proceeding.

Personal information supplied during a booking will be used to administer the booking and communicate with you about it, in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version displayed when a booking is made will apply to that booking.
